We do not run paid social as a primary service. We are positioned for B2B companies of 20 to 250 employees that want senior expertise without an agency structure.

An embedded content partner is a senior content function that operates inside a business rather than from an outside agency. Instead of producing content from a brief, the partner installs an operating system — in our case, The Signal System — and runs it weekly as if part of the in-house team. The model gives B2B companies director-level creative and strategic input without the headcount or fixed cost of hiring a full marketing team. The Straw Hat Group operates this model from £1,999 per month plus VAT with a six-month minimum.

The Signal System is The Straw Hat Group's proprietary five-stage methodology for B2B content. The stages are Source, Stream, Amplify, Sense, and Scale. Each stage feeds the next — the system runs monthly without resetting, so the data, audience, and personal brand authority built in month one continues compounding through every subsequent month. The Straw Hat Group offers three retainer tiers: Social Foundation at £1,999 per month plus VAT, Signal Growth at £3,799 per month plus VAT, and Full Signal at £5,999 per month plus VAT. All retainers are six-month minimum engagements. Hampshire Podcast Studios offers standalone studio bookings from £79 per session. Personal Brand Activation programmes are priced on application.

The Straw Hat Group is based at Network Eagle Lab, Portland Terrace, Southampton SO14 7SJ. Hampshire Podcast Studios is co-located at the same address. We work with B2B clients across the UK — including London, the South Coast, the South East, and the Midlands — with most ongoing engagements run remotely through video calls and our digital collaboration tools. Studio recording days bring clients to Southampton for the day. We do not currently work with international clients on retainer.
